A teenage boy missing from the Sydney's Northern Beaches has been located safe and well.
The 12-year-old was last seen at 9am on Wednesday (15 December 2021), when he left his home on Dee Why Parade, Dee Why, to attend school in Cromer.
When the boy did not return home, officers from Northern Beaches Police Area Command were alerted and began an investigation.
Following inquiries, the boy was located safe and well about 4pm today (Thursday 23 December 2021).
Police would like to thank the public and media for their assistance.
