Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate a 12-year-old girl and a 16-year-old boy reported missing from Nambour.
The boy and girl (pictured) were last seen around 8:30am on Carroll Street, Nambour today (November 1).
The boy is described as Caucasian, approximately 185cm tall, slim build, blue eyes and brown hair.
The girl is described as Caucasian, approximately 160cm tall, slim build, blue eyes and blonde hair.
Police hold concerns for the children's welfare due to their age.
Anyone with information about the children's location is urged to contact police.
