Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing girl Valerie
The 13-year-old was last seen on Beaumaris Parade, Highett around 2pm on 4 January.
Police and family are concerned for Valerie due to her age, and her disappearance being out of character.
It is believed she may have travelled to the Bayside or Moorabbin areas.
Valerie is about 155cm tall with brown hair and brown eyes.
She was last seen wearing blue silk pyjama pants and a black hooded jumper.
Police have released an image of Valerie in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information regarding her current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Valerie or has information on her whereabouts is urged to contact Bayside Police Station on (03) 8530 5100.
