Police are appealing for public assistance to find missing Preston man Jye Plitt.
The 20-year-old was last seen leaving his Murray Road home on Tuesday, 22 September.
He was last seen wearing a black hoodie, black tracksuit pants and black and white runners.
Jye is about 175cm tall, has a thin build and short brown hair.
Investigators have concerns for his welfare as he suffers from a medical condition and his disappearance is out of character.
A photograph of Jye had been released by investigators in the hope someone recognises him.
