Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Alfredton teen, Riley Seccull.
Riley was last seen on Longley Street on 20 August about 4.45pm.
Police and family hold concerns for him due to a medical condition.
The 15-year-old is described as Caucasian in appearance, 170-180cm tall with a medium build and shoulder length blonde hair.
He was last seen wearing a light brown hoodie, black jeans and black boots.
He was carrying two guitars, a blue school bag and a black sports bag with green trim.
Riley is known to frequent the Ballarat and Victoria Park areas.
Investigators have released an image of Riley in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
