Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing teenager Jarrah.
The 13-year-old was last seen on 23 April in Bairnsdale about 3pm.
Family and police have concerns for his welfare due to his age and medical conditions.
Police have released an image of Jarrah in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Jarrah is urged to contact Bairnsdale Police Station on 5150 2600.
