Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 16-year-old boy Tristan Halliwell-Brooks.
Tristan was last seen leaving his Wollert home about 12am on 24 February.
It is believed he may be travelling to Kilmore in a 2003 Ford XR6 sedan with registration TFM 568.
Police and family hold concerns for Tristan's welfare as his disappearance is out of character.
Tristan is 185cm tall, with a slim build, long curly brown hair and has multiple piercings on his face.
He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, black shorts and a black cap with a NY logo on the front.
Police have released an image of Tristan in the hope that someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
