Motorcyclist dies after crash - Marrickville

A motorcyclist has died following a crash in Sydney's Inner West.

Emergency services were called to Wardell Road, Marrickville about 5.10pm (Saturday 16 April 2022), after a motorcycle lost control and crashed.

The rider, a man aged 34, was treated by NSW Ambulance paramedics, however died at the scene.

A crime scene was established and officers from Inner West Police Area Command are investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident.

A report will be prepared for the information of the coroner.
