The IUROPA project launched the CJEU Database in January 2023. It is the most comprehensive research-oriented database on the Court of Justice of the EU.
The database will give scholars in both law and political science new opportunities to conduct systematic research on Europe’s most important court, says IUROPA leader Daniel Naurin.
The new database on the Court of Justice of the EU (CJEU) is an interdisciplinary collaboration between more than 20 scholars in law and political science, at different European universities, within the framework of the IUROPA project.
The database gives researchers access to cases, proceedings, decisions and judges of the CJEU. This in turn makes large statistical analysis of judicial behaviour of the CJEU more readily available to researchers.
