Kiama Council is excited to welcome Darren Brady as Director of Infrastructure & Operations.
Darren Brady is an experienced civil engineering manager with experience in both State and Local Government, including previously working with Campbelltown, Fairfield, Liverpool, Wollongong and Kiama Council from 2006 to 2022. During his time at Kiama Council Mr Brady was Acting Director multiple times to deliver a range of capital infrastructure works, asset maintenance and waste services.
"I'm very excited to be back working within the Municipality that is Kiama. It's great to see what has been achieved since I was last with council 3 years ago, and I look forward to being able to lead the way when it comes to delivering more great work in the coming months." Mr Brady said
Mr Brady has most recently worked with Transport NSW as a Natural Disaster Recovery Project Manager, where he oversaw and approved hundreds of disaster recovery infrastructure projects across several LGAs with approximate total value of over $200m in the last 3 years.
Mr Brady has a long association with the local government sector and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Infrastructure & Operations department.
