Gilgandra Shire Council (GSC) is proud to announce the release of 11 serviced industrial lots at Naden and Collison Drive, offering the opportunity for businesses to secure development-ready land in the heart of the Gilgandra Region.
Part of the broader Gilgandra Industrial Estate vision, the further release in Naden and Collison Drive has been purposefully designed to attract trade-based businesses, light industry and service operators, with lot sizes ranging from approximately 2,715 M² to 4,303 M². Mayor Doug Batten says the release signals a strong step forward in Council's Towards 5000 vision,
