The City of Fremantle's revamped Visitor Centre at the Fremantle Town Hall is officially open for business, just in time for the busy summer season.
The upgraded centre has doubled in size and now features a relaxing lounge area where visitors can sit and contemplate all the amazing things there are to see and do in Fremantle.
Visitor Information Services Team Leader Rosetta Letizia said the changes meant they could now offer a much better experience to visitors to Fremantle.
"Before we had a small Visitor Centre crammed into just one room in the Town Hall," Ms Letizia said.
"It's now a much more inviting place and we're finding that visitors are staying longer and using the lounge and seating spaces to take advantage of the free WiFi to browse and book using their own device."
