- Four new lots released at Waranyjarri Estate
- Residential lots ranging from 621sqm to 983sqm now available
A 1,323sqm group housing lot is being released later in the year to provide more housing options within the EnviroDevelopment-certified estate
Four new lots have now been released at Waranyjarri Estate in Broome North, providing more options for purchasers looking to build.
The lots, sized from 621 square metres (sqm) to 983sqm, are well suited to families in the region.
A remaining 1,323sqm group housing lot will be released later in the year to support the development of additional housing options within the estate.
Waranyjarri Estate is part of the broader Broome North master plan, which will deliver up to 4,800 new homes for about 13,000 residents.
Located just 2km from Cable Beach, the estate is close to future parks, shops and community amenities.
This is the final chance for homebuyers to secure land in Stage 12, following incredible demand that has seen most of the lots purchased five months since the first release in February.
The estate is Western Australia's only EnviroDevelopment and Waterwise-accredited regional development.
All homes are connected to the National Broadband Network via fibre to the home.
