New Program: Managing Disruptive Clinicians Workshop

We are offering our members a new professional development opportunity with our Managing Disruptive Clinicians Workshop.

The workshop - on Saturday 28 March 2026 from 10am to 2pm - will provide clinicians with practical strategies to identify and respond to disruptive behaviour, build stronger teams and achieve better patient outcomes.

This workshop is being offered to members for the first time through a new partnership with the Australian Institute of Health Executives (AIHE) at a discounted rate with members saving up to 20 per cent on a ticket.

The virtual workshop is designed for clinicians at any stage of their leadership journey.

Participants will develop practical skills to:

  • recognise early warning signs of disruptive behaviour and respond effectively
  • apply crisis intervention techniques in confronting situations
  • understand the impact of disruptive behaviour on patient safety, clinical outcomes and organisational performance
  • conduct fair investigative processes and navigate difficult conversations with confidence.
