New state-of-the-art Success Service Centre opens

  • The Department of Transport continues to improve its customers' experience
  • Centre will be open Monday October 15 at Unit 3, 676 Beeliar Drive, Success

To better meet the needs of its customers in the growing area south of the city, the Department of Transport is opening a brand new service centre in Success.

The service centre has a separate area for practical driving assessments, larger floor space with comfortable waiting areas and improved customer service touch points. The design of the new Success centre will provide an improved customer experience.

The self-service benches being rolled out within metropolitan centres has helped support and encourage customers to perform their next transaction online using DoTDirect. This further simplifies accessing information and paying bills at the customer's convenience.

As stated by Transport Minister Rita Saffioti:

"The new Success centre will open from 8.15am on Monday October 15 at Unit 3, 676 Beeliar Drive, Success.

"Research conducted into customers using the Willagee DVS centre showed that the new Success location provides a more central location for the current centre's customer base.

"The timeline for the closure of Willagee and opening of Success will provide seamless coverage for customers in the area."

As stated by Cockburn MLA Francis Logan:

"This is great news for the people who live in the electorate of Cockburn and surrounding areas.

"It's a welcome decision to move the centre to an area that is rapidly expanding in terms of population and infrastructure, and this centre will make life more convenient for many vehicle users."
