New TMD check functionality in Switching Tools is now available, where you can find links to product level TMDs and record your checks.
In light of the Treasury Laws Amendment (Design and Distribution Obligations and Product Intervention Powers) 2019 and Regulatory Guide 274: Product Design and Distribution Obligations ("DDO") which came into force on 5th October 2021, we are introducing a new Target Market Determination (TMD) check functionality to support you in meeting these obligations.
Recording TMD checks
Use the Chant West Switching Tools to access a recommended product's TMD and record your attestation. While only product level TMDs are currently available at this stage, we're hoping to also provide the investment option level TMDs in the future.
