  • Presale launched for nine general industrial lots at Broome Road Industrial Park
  • First land release at the estate in 10 years, supporting transport, logistics, and construction sectors
  • Lots serviced with underground power, water, and telecommunications

The State Government is making more industrial land available in Broome, with nine general industrial lots now available for presale at Broome Road Industrial Park.

This release marks the first new land release at the estate in 10 years, following the initial stage of the development made available in 2015, and follows strong sales in recent years as Broome's economy has grown.

The lots - ranging in size from 8,888 square metres to 4.2 hectares - and priced from $615,000, are fully serviced with underground power, water, and telecommunications, with titles anticipated later this year.

Broome Road Industrial Park is located on Broome Road between the Broome town centre and Great Northern Highway, eight kilometres from town, 16 kilometres from the port.

The development is designed to meet the needs of transport, logistics, construction, and equipment hire industries, with an internal road network constructed to accommodate triple road trains, ensuring it can support key sectors driving Broome's economic growth.

"Broome Road Industrial Park plays an important role in strengthening the local economy by providing opportunities for businesses to grow and create jobs."
