No Major Hospital Upgrades Under Labor

Liberal Tasmania
  • Jacquie Petrusma Minister for Health, Minister for Aboriginal Affairs, Minister for Veterans' Affairs, Member for Franklin
  • It's time for Dean Winter to come clean and admit he has no plans to upgrade our major hospitals.

At the last election, Labor famously promised absolutely zilch for our major hospitals, only a wishy-washy promise to run to Canberra begging for money.

Yet despite forcing this election on Tasmanians, it seems Mr Winter has learnt nothing - instead focusing all his energy on his sad attempts to copy the Prime Minister.

The Tasmanian Liberals have outlined our strong plan to deliver 250 extra beds at the LGH Northern Health Precinct, as well as finish the entire first stage of the North West Hospitals Master Plan.

This is real action that is funded, costed, and will deliver real and better health outcomes for Tasmanian families.

A majority Liberal Government is the only way to keep Tasmania moving forward with certainty, stability, and efficiency.

This election comes down to one choice: a strong Liberal team with a real plan or another merry-go-round of chaos.

    Let's get on with it.

Let's finish the job for Tasmania.
