Nollamara Armed Robbery

Mirrabooka Detectives have charged a 17-year-old boy following an armed robbery incident in Nollamara yesterday, 8 February 2021.

It will be alleged that at around 3:20pm, a 15-year-old boy was at the Robertsbridge Reserve when he was approached by two males, one armed with a handgun, the other with a knife. They stole the victim's phone and wallet before fleeing the area.

At about 10:30pm, Mirrabooka Detectives, with the assistance of the Tactical Response Group, executed a search warrant at a home in Nollamara. It is further alleged that during the warrant investigators located property belonging to the victim, a replica handgun and a knife.

The 17-year-old boy was arrested at around 11:37pm following a vehicle stop on Hartman Drive, Wangara.

He has been charged with Aggravated Armed Robbery and Possess a Prohibited Drug (Cannabis) and will appear in the Perth Children's Court today, 9 February 2021.
