Nominations open for 2022 Australian Fathering Awards
Calling all Aussies to nominate a special dad, coach, mentor or workplace
The Australian Fathering Awards, coordinated by The Fathering Project and the Australian Father's Day Council, showcase Dads and men who are outstanding role models.
Fathers have an enormous influence on the health and wellbeing of a child. Everything a father says or does shapes his children's lives, so being a supportive and nurturing parent is the most important and impactful job most men will ever have.
Currently, rapid socio-economic change and challenges to traditional family and gender roles, mean many are struggling to fulfill the joys, challenges and responsibilities of being an effective parent.
In 2022, there are 3 opportunities for community nominations including Community Father of the Year, Sports Father of the Year and Best Workplace for Fathers.
Any male Australian resident who plays a fathering role can be nominated so get nominating!
