Twenty-five dedicated and resilient Noosa businesses have been named as finalists in the 2026 Sunshine Coast Business awards.
The finalists represent a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, advanced tech and accommodation and reflect the diversity of Noosa's economy.
The Sunshine Coast Business Awards, now in its 31st year, celebrates excellence, innovation, collaboration and leadership across a diverse range of industries.
Mayor Frank Wilkie congratulated all finalists on their achievements and is encouraging the community to get behind local businesses and support this year's finalists.
"Being a finalist in these prestigious awards is an impressive accomplishment and reflects the dedication, perseverance and innovation of these local operators," Cr Wilkie said.
"These finalists represent the diversity of enterprises in the shire and help make Noosa a great place to live, work and visit."
With almost 8,000 local businesses in Noosa, the Gross Regional Product (GRP) for the shire was estimated at $4.43 billion as of June 2025, representing 1.2% of the GRP for South East Queensland.
Cr Wilkie said the Sunshine Coast Business Awards showcase the many enterprises that play a vital role in creating employment and fostering community connections and prosperity across the region.
