NSW recorded 308 new locally acquired cases of COVID-19 in the 24 hours to 8pm last night.
One new case was acquired overseas and two cases have been excluded following further investigation, bringing the total number of cases in NSW since the beginning of the pandemic to 75,884.
Sadly, NSW Health is reporting the deaths of four people - three men and one woman.
One person was in their 30s, one person was in their 70s, and two people were in their 80s.
Two people were from south western Sydney, one person was from western Sydney and one person was from the Shellharbour area.
Two people were not vaccinated and two people - both in their 80s and with underlying health conditions - had received two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine.
A 38-year-old woman from western Sydney died at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. She was not vaccinated and had underlying health conditions.
A man in his 80s died at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. He was a resident of the Greek Orthodox Community Home for the Aged in Earlwood , where he acquired his infection.

There have been 530 COVID-19 related deaths in NSW since 16 June 2021 and 586 in total since the start of the pandemic.
There are currently 302 COVID-19 cases admitted to hospital, with 64 people in intensive care, 31 of whom require ventilation.
There were 94,661 COVID-19 tests reported to 8pm last night, compared with the previous day's total of 114,303.

NSW has reached a notable milestone in its fight against COVID-19, with more than 20 million tests conducted since the beginning of the pandemic. NSW Health thanks the community for coming forward for testing in such great numbers.
We urge people, even if they are fully vaccinated, to continue to come forward for testing if they have the mildest of symptoms. High testing rates are vital for detecting cases early and preventing onward transmission.
To 11:59pm on Tuesday 2 November 2021 across NSW, 93.7 per cent of people aged 16 and over had received a first dose of COVID-19 vaccine, and 88.7 per cent were fully vaccinated.
In the 12-15 year old age group, 79.6 per cent have had their first dose, and 65.1 per cent are fully vaccinated.
The total number of vaccines administered in NSW is now 12,419,927 with 4,073,650 doses administered by NSW Health to 8pm last night and 8,346,277 administered by the GP network, pharmacies and other providers to 11:59pm on Tuesday 2nd November 2021.
Of the 308 locally acquired cases reported to 8pm last night, 103 are from Hunter New England Local Health District (LHD), 53 are from South Western Sydney LHD, 36 are from Murrumbidgee LHD, 20 are from Sydney LHD, 17 are from South Eastern Sydney, 16 are from Western Sydney LHD, 14 are from Mid North Coast LHD, 12 are from Nepean Blue Mountains LHD, eight are from Illawarra Shoalhaven LHD, seven are from Northern Sydney LHD, seven are from Western NSW LHD, five are from Northern NSW LHD, two are from Southern NSW LHD, one is from Central Coast LHD, seven are unassigned to a LHD.
NSW Health's ongoing sewage surveillance program has detected fragments of the virus that causes COVID-19 in sewage samples collected from Holbrook, Merimbula, West Wyalong, Manilla and Uralla, where there are no known cases.
Everyone in these areas is urged to monitor for the onset of symptoms, and if they appear, to immediately be tested and isolate until a negative result is received.
If you haven't received a COVID-19 vaccination yet, please don't delay. Even if you have had COVID-19 and recovered, you should get vaccinated.
In this phase of the pandemic, the onus is on every one of us to keep each other safe, especially our most vulnerable.
This also means wearing a mask where required, practicing physical distancing, particularly in indoor settings, maintaining hand hygiene, and always checking in using the Service NSW app.
