NSW Police Seek Missing Bankstown Teen

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenage boy missing from the Bankstown area.

Mohammed Abukhalifa, aged 14, was last seen on Boardman Street, Yagoona, about 3.15pm today (Thursday 13 June 2024).

When he failed to return home and could not be located or contacted, officers attached to Bankstown Police Area Command were notified and commenced enquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and family hold serious concerns for Mohammed welfare as he lives with autism and is non-verbal.

Mohammed is described as being of Mediterranean/Middle Eastern appearance, 172cm tall, slim build, with short black hair and brown eyes.

He was last seen wearing a navy-blue shirt with a white section on the front and black pants.

He is known to frequent the Bankstown, Wentworth Point and Sydney Olympic Park areas.
