NSW Syndicate Scores $1.8M Saturday Lotto Jackpot

Twenty fortunate Saturday Lotto players in New South Wales are celebrating a shared victory after landing a $1.8 million prize in this weekend's draw.

The 20-member syndicate secured one of the 11 division one winning entries in Saturday Lotto's draw 4409 took place on 21 October 2023. With the total winnings amounting to $1,822,798.37, each member of the syndicate is set to receive a substantial $91,143.19.

However, there's a twist. Some of the syndicate members might still be unaware of their win. This has led lottery officials to call on players to promptly check their tickets.

The winning syndicate was orchestrated by Burwood Plaza Newsagency, located at 42 Railway Parade, Burwood. Moreover, shares for the syndicate were available at ten other NSW Lotteries outlets across the state, including:

Suzie Zhou, the owner of Burwood Plaza Newsagency, expressed her elation over the win, especially since it followed a recent series of wins facilitated by her agency.

The winning combination for the Saturday Lotto draw 4409 on 21 October 2023 comprised numbers 30, 29, 7, 2, 31, and 12, with 9 and 33 as the supplementary numbers. The division one prize saw winners from various states, including four from New South Wales, four from Queensland, two from Victoria, and one from Tasmania.
