NSW To Reform Medicinal Cannabis Driving Laws

The NSW Government is set to introduce landmark reforms to drug driving laws that would establish a legal threshold for tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) - the psychoactive compound in cannabis, for drivers holding a valid prescription, thereby providing an avenue to drive lawfully.
