A woman has died after falling from a horse at Horsley Park.About 10.50am today, emergency services were called to sporting facility on Saxony Road, after reports a 19-year-old woman had been critically injured.Police have been told the woman fell from the horse while completing an obstacle course.She was treated by NSW Ambulance Paramedics; however, she died at the scene.Officers attached to Fairfield Local Area Command attended and commenced investigations.A report will be prepared for the Coroner, NSW Police say.
