Police and emergency services attended a crash on Broadway, Strathmore this morning at about 8.10am where a car collided with an elderly pedestrian.
Sadly the pedestrian, a man in his 80s, died of his injuries at the scene.
No-one else was injured in the crash.
The Serious Crash Unit has examined the scene and the coroner has been notified.
