Emergency services are responding to a serious crash at the intersection of State Highway 3 and Holly Oak Terrace in Taranaki.
The crash reportedly involved two vehicles and was reported to Police at 1.15pm.
Initial information from the scene suggests there are serious injuries.
An update will be provided when more information is available.
State Highway 3 is closed and diversions are being put in place.
Motorists are asked to follow the directions of emergency services personnel.
