A Homes NSW operation assisted by NSW Police has concluded with a woman being arrested.
About 7am today (Friday 19 June 2026), police were in attendance to support Homes NSW at Cope Street, Waterloo, to prevent a breach of the peace.
This week Homes NSW issued trespass notifications to a number of protesters at the location.
It will be alleged that all protesters - with the exception of a 22-year-old woman - complied with the notification this morning
The woman was arrested and taken to Mascot Police Station where she was charged with enter inclosed land not prescribed premises without lawful excuse
She was granted conditional bail to appear at Downing Centre Local Court on Monday 22 June 2026
NSW Police Force were in attendance to prevent and respond to any breaches of the peace.
