Mayor Alex Makin said the state election is a vital opportunity for council to advocate for essential funding for a range of projects and services valued by the Port Phillip community.
"Our election asks have a common theme - connection, belonging and social cohesion to meet the needs of our fast-growing City of Port Phillip," Cr Makin said.
"Much-needed and more frequent public transport, strengthened community safety and well-being, protecting our iconic 11 km coastline from further erosion, providing more fit-for purpose community facilities and enhancing our City's reputation as a creative hub by supporting arts and culture are among the requests we know our community cares deeply about."
The City of Port Phillip encompasses four electorates - Albert Park, Caulfield, Brighton and Prahran.
The election hub allows all parties and candidates to easily identify priority projects, services and policy ideas that will benefit the City. Similarly, the hub empowers residents to track election commitments as they're rolled out.
Content will be updated regularly in the lead-up to the election so the community has a transparent, timely view of what has been promised across our City.
