Our services during five day lockdown

Following the announcement of a five day lockdown from 11.59pm today 15 July until 11.59pm Tuesday 20 July, all customer service will move online with buildings including the Monash Civic Centre closed to the public.

We will now move to assisting people with enquiries online or by phone.

Our immunisation, MCH and click and collect library services continue, as does in-home support for our elderly clients.

The Waste Transfer Station is open only to trades personnel.

There are only five reasons to leave home:

  • shopping for food and supplies
  • authorised work and study
  • care and caregiving
  • exercise (for two hours a day within a 5km radius)
  • getting vaccinated/tested.

Keep up to date with the latest on exposure sites.

If you are experiencing COVID symptoms (fever, flu-like symptoms such as coughing, sore throat, fatigue and shortness of breath) get tested and isolate until you receive a negative result.
