The Pennsylvania Center for Latino Research (PaCLR) at Penn State Harrisburg has launched a new statewide survey aimed at identifying the most pressing issues and challenges facing Latino communities across the commonwealth. This initiative marks the first step in building a collaborative, community-informed research agenda that will help guide the center's work, according to haunté DePaso, industry relations coordinator at PaCLR.
"We are hopeful that all residents of the commonwealth will join this opportunity to help us shape the direction of Latino research in Pennsylvania," DePaso said. "We want to hear from all corners of the community; your input will help us focus on the issues that matter most."
PaCLR invites residents, community leaders, researchers and professionals from organizations that serve Latino populations to share their insights and lived experiences. The survey is designed to position the center's future research priorities so that they best reflect the voices and needs of those it seeks to serve.
The survey is ongoing.
