A passion for tourism excellence and showcasing her beloved Forster/Tuncurry region, has earned the manager of Reflections Holiday Parks Forster Beach, Justine Syme recognition as a finalist in the state's top caravan and camping industry body, CCIA NSW, awards. When it comes to looking after guests and surrounding park communities, Reflections Holiday Parks Forster Beach is well known for its friendly team and 'can do' attitude. This passion for tourism and showcasing the Forster/Tuncurry Region comes from the top, with park managers Justine and Eddy Syme leading the charge. One half of the dynamic duo at Reflections Forster Beach, Justine Syme, was recognised as a finalist in the Employee of the Year category for her absolute commitment to tourism excellence and dedication to making every single guest feel engaged and happy with their holiday experience. Reflections Holiday Parks CEO Nick Baker said Reflections Forster Beach has earned its reputation as an amazing holiday destination consistently receiving top guest reviews and welcoming around 100,000 visitors each year. "Justine does an incredible job at the park with her team and is to be commended for receiving recognition from CCIA NSW," Nick said. "Under Justine and Eddy's leadership, Reflections Forster Beach was named Travellers' Choice 2022 after ranking within the top 10% of properties on Tripadvisor and consistently receiving great guest reviews. During her four and a half years with Reflections Holiday Parks, Justine has managed and contributed to the success of the Reflections Holiday Park at Seal Rocks prior to successfully embracing the challenge of managing a larger team and park at Forster Beach. Justine said she was grateful for the opportunity to work in her dream job, promoting an area she loves and making people happy at the park.
