Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a fatal collision which occurred in Bundoora this evening.
Investigators have been told a car and pedestrian collided on Metropolitan Ring Road near Plenty Road about 6.15pm on 9 July.
The yet to be identified male pedestrian died at the scene.
Detectives from Major Collision Investigation Unit are headed to the collision site.
The circumstances surrounding the incident are yet to be fully established and investigators wish to speak to any witnesses.
