Perth Market Snapshot: Week Ending Feb 8, 2026

Sales transactions in Perth last week were down 18.3 per cent on the previous week, with REIWA members reporting 790 transactions. A closer look shows house sales were up 19 per cent compared to the week prior, unit sales were up 17.4 per cent and land sales were up 14.5 per cent.

Perth's lowest sale price: Dudley Park – $362,500

There were 2,527 properties for sale in Perth at the end of last week, which is 2.4 per cent higher than the previous week. This can be attributed to house listings increasing 3.6 per cent compared to the week prior and unit listings increasing 4.1 per cent while listings for vacant land decreased 5.9 per cent.

Last week's total figure of properties available for sale is 21.3 per cent higher than four weeks ago but 48.8 per cent lower than levels seen a year ago.

In Perth's rental market, REIWA members reported there were 2,007 properties for rent in Perth at the end of last week, which is 2.6 per cent down on the week prior. Last week's rental listings figure is 7.9 per cent lower than four weeks ago and 6.3 per cent lower than a year ago.

REIWA members reported 772 properties leased last week, which is 27.6 per cent higher than the previous week, 55 per cent higher than four weeks ago and 8 per cent higher than a year ago.
