Perth Weekly Market Wrap: Ending 25 May 2025

Sales transactions in Perth last week were up 10.8 per cent on the previous week, with REIWA members reporting 1,017 transactions. A closer look shows house sales were up 10.4 per cent compared to the week prior, unit sales were up 9.8 per cent and land sales were up 19 per cent.

Perth's highest sale price: Claremont – $2,900,000

Perth's lowest sale price: Pinjarra – $392,000

There were 4,546 properties for sale in Perth at the end of last week, which is 4.2 per cent lower than the previous week. This can be attributed to house listings decreasing 6.4 per cent compared to the week prior, while unit listings and listings for vacant land remained relatively stable.

Last week's total figure of properties available for sale is 4.6 per cent lower than four weeks ago and 32.2 per cent higher than levels seen a year ago.

In Perth's rental market, REIWA members reported there were 2,371 properties for rent in Perth at the end of last week, which is similar to the week prior. Last week's rental listings figure is 3.9 per cent higher than four weeks ago and 1.8 per cent lower than a year ago.

REIWA members reported 680 properties leased last week, which is 12.6 per cent higher than the previous week, 47.8 per cent higher than four weeks ago and stable compared to a year ago.
