Rodrigues delivered a presentation at the 13th Network Europe Conference on "European Integration Perspectives in Times of Global Crisis," which took place in Athens from June 19-22, 2022 and was organized by the Europa Institute Zurich (EIZ). His contribution was entitled "Reform Scenarios for EU Migration and Asylum Policy in the Light of New Refugee Movements" and covered, inter alia, the New Pact on Migration, Instrumentalization of Migration and the reception of people fleeing Ukraine.
