Kiama Mayor Cameron McDonald has announced Council's dedicated Planning and Development Hub at the Old Bank Building on Manning Street Kiama will open to the public next Monday 7 July.
"We're excited to offer this new and dedicated service to our community," said Mayor McDonald.
From next Monday 7 July, the Planning Hub at 32 Manning Street will offer a duty planner service from 9 to 11am daily. This new service will compliment Council's existing Development Advice services.
Also from 7 July, the Planning Hub will be open daily for community members to make appointments with Council planners for advice and guidance outside of these hours.
Of course, at any time during business hours, you can still call, email or come into our main Administration Centre at 11 Manning Street and speak with our friendly Customer Service Team, who can also put you in touch with our Planners.
"Planning and the various development application process are a key component of Council's business and one that our community has the greatest interaction with. Kiama Council'sOur passionate staff are here to help with any planning, development, or other Council-related enquiry you may have," Cr McDonald said.
