We had so much fun at the last Bayside Community Nursery Gala Day, we are having another one! Our next Gala Day will be on Saturday 15 June from 9am - 2pm.
You will get another opportunity to purchase locally propagated and grown plants that will suit the Bayside environment. Expert volunteers will be on hand to provide advice and our famous sausage sizzle will sustain you while you shop.
Local species thrive under our local conditions and planting indigenous plants in your garden provides habitat and food to attract local birds, insects and animals.
Established in 1978, the Nursery is believed to the first in the world devoted entirely to the propagation of locally indigenous plants.
The Nursery was retrofitted and revitalised in 2016.
The Bayside Community Nursery is located 315 - 317 Reserve Road, Cheltenham.
