Police appeal for witnesses following alleged CBD flasher

Melbourne Sexual Offences and Child Abuse Investigation Team are appealing for witnesses after a man allegedly exposed himself in the Melbourne CBD last night (21 January), Victoria Police say.

Police arrested a man after the alleged incident on the intersection of Spencer and Flinders Streets about 8.30pm.

The 47-year-old Melbourne man has been charged with sexual activity directed at another, assault police and drunk and disorderly.

He has been remanded to appear at Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on 6 February.

Police are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the incident or who may have footage to contact Crime Stoppers.
