Police are appealing for assistance to locate a teenage boy missing from Sydney's southwest.
AO Sha – also known as Abu Bakkah, aged 13, was last seen in Shannon Street, Greenacre about 12.30pm today (Saturday 21 June 2025).
When he could not be located or contacted, officers attached to Bankstown Police Area Command were notified and immediately commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Police and family hold serious concerns for AO's welfare as he is non-verbal.
AO is described as being of Asian appearance, about 150cm tall, of thin build with black hair.
He was last seen wearing black track pants and a beige puffer jacket (as depicted in image).
He may have caught public transport to Sydney airport.
