Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a boy missing from the Illawarra.
Jason Knight, aged 12, was last seen on Northcliffe Drive, Berkeley, about 5pm this afternoon (Wednesday 5 August 2026).
When Jason was unable to be located or contacted, he was reported missing to officers attached to Lake Illawarra Police District, who commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Police and family hold concerns for Jason's welfare as his disappearance is out of character.
Jason is described as being of Caucasian appearance, small build, fair complexion, about 145cm tall, with light brown black hair and blue eyes.
