Police Appeal To Locate Boy Missing From Bondi Junction

Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate a boy missing from Sydney's eastern suburbs.

Henrik De Barnholt, aged 12, was last seen on Old South Head Road, Bondi Junction, about 10am yesterday (Wednesday 20 May 2026).

When he was unable to be located officers attached to Eastern Suburbs Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Family and police hold concerns for Henrik's welfare due to his young age.

Henrik is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 165cm tall, of thin build, with medium length blond hair and brown eyes.

He was last seen wearing black tracksuit pants, black t-shirt, black joggers and carrying a black Tommy Hilfiger backpack.

Henrik is known to frequent the Bondi Junction area and utilise the rail network.
