Police Appeal To Locate Boy Missing From Bronte

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a young boy missing from Sydney's eastern suburbs.

Hunter Hochung, aged 11, was last seen on Arden Street, Waverley, about 3pm today (Tuesday 17 June 2025).

Officers attached to Eastern Suburbs Police Area Command were notified and immediately commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and family hold serious concerns for Hunter's welfare.

Hunter is described as Asian appearance, 140cm, medium build with short dark hair.

He was last seen wearing a school uniform consisting of a navy coloured jacket, green trackpants and navy coloured shoes.

Hunter is known to frequent Waverley, Bronte, Clovelly and Eastgardens.

Anyone with information into Hunter's whereabouts – or in the area at the time with any available dashcam/mobile phone footage - is urged to contact Waverley Police Station or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
