Police appeal to locate four missing people travelling from QLD to NSW

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate four people who have been reported missing in the state's Far West.

Darian Aspinall, aged 27, her children – Winter Bellamy, aged two and Koda Bellamy, aged four – their grandmother – Leah Gooding, aged 50 – left Noccundra Hotel on Warry Gate Road in Queensland between 12.30pm and 3pm yesterday (Sunday 7 August 2022).

Their intended destination was accommodation in Packsaddle, a remote township in Far West NSW.

Police have been told that this stop was part of their journey to Adelaide.

When they did not arrive at the destination and could not be contacted, they were reported missing to officers from Barrier Police District, who commenced an investigation into their whereabouts.

They are travelling in a charcoal Hyundai Tucson with Queensland Registration 729CV2.

They are all described as being of Caucasian appearance. Darian has dark brown hair, tattoos on her right arm and wears glasses. The children have brown hair and blue eyes.
