Police Appeal To Locate Girl Missing From Blackett 9 September

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenage girl missing from the state's north.

Elsie Cleal, aged 10, was last seen at Casey Reserve, the intersection of Casey Place and Keesing Crescent, Blackett about 4.45pm today (Wednesday 9 September 2026).

When she was unable to be located or contacted, officers attached to Blacktown Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.

Police and family hold concerns for Elsie's welfare due to her age.

She is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 130cm tall, of medium build, with long brown curly hair.

Elsie was last seen wearing a black shirt with a green picture believed to be Billie Eilish, black long pants and pink sandals.

She is believed to be riding a black scooter and is known to utilise public transport.

Elsie is also known to frequent Casey Reserve in Blackett, Popondetta Park in Emerton, and the Mt Druitt and Penrith areas.
