Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's south.
Xiaolian Sun, aged 69, was last seen on Somerset Street, Hurstville, about 12.40pm today (Saturday 18 October 2025).
When he could not be located or contacted, officers attached to St George Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Police and family hold serious concerns for Xiaolian's welfare as he lives with dementia.
Xiaolian is described as being of Asian appearance, about 158cm tall with slim build, grey hair and a moustache.
He was last seen wearing a navy hat, navy long sleeve jacket, striped shirt and brown pants.
Xiaolian is known to frequent the Hurstville and Carlton areas.
