Police are appealing for public assistance to locate an elderly man missing from Sydney's west.
Frank Nielsen, aged 90, was last seen on Oxford Street, Cambridge Park, about 10.30am yesterday (Friday 19 December 2025).
Officers attached to Nepean Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Family and police hold concerns for Frank's welfare due to his age.
Frank is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 175cm tall, of medium build, with grey hair and brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing a white singlet, brown shorts and blue slippers.
Inquiries established he may be travelling in a white 2016 Toyota Camry sedan with NSW registration DXB86F.
Frank is believed to frequent the Penrith and surrounding areas.
