Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's northwest.
Peter O'Donnell, aged 63, was last seen on Pendley Crescent, Quakers Hill, about 3pm on Monday 15 June 2026.
When he could not be located or contacted, officers attached to Riverstone Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Police and family hold concerns for Peter's welfare as he lives with a medical condition.
He is described as being of Caucasian in appearance, about 170cm tall, of a large build, with a white beard, brown/grey hair on the sides of his head and bald on top.
Peter was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, a black puffer vest, black pants and black thongs.
He is known to frequent shopping centres around the Riverstone area and public transport around Sydney.
