Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's west.
Bernard John Farthing, aged 66, was last seen at a home on Rhodes Avenue, Guildford, about 9.15pm on Friday 24 December 2021.
He was reported missing to officers attached to Cumberland Police Area Command later that day after he failed to return.
Family and police hold concerns for his welfare due to a medical condition requiring treatment.
Bernard is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 175cm – 180cm tall, of medium build, with black hair and a grey beard.
He is known to frequent the Sydney CBD, Kings Cross, and Woolloomooloo areas and travel on public transport.
